Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from ProClubsJerseys.com. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund process.


Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The shirt is damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect item was shipped to you.
  • We cannot accept returns for any other reason, so please double-check your order before purchasing.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 days for the refund to be posted.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. If your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@proclubsjerseys.com and send your item to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re returning a more expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
