How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in the UK and USA are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, and other trusted services. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some countries where we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of these areas, we will notify you promptly.
What about customs?
We are responsible for all customs fees and any additional charges that may occur when the product arrives in your country. You can rest assured that no additional cost will be passed onto you for customs clearance.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
It may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. If you don’t see updates after this period, please reach out to us for assistance.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if you have selected combined shipping.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority! You can request a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:
You don’t receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days (excluding our 1-2 day processing time).
You receive the wrong item.
You simply don’t want the product but must return it in unused condition at your expense.
We do not issue refunds if:
The order fails to arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
The order fails to arrive due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
You can submit a refund request up to 30 days after your order has been shipped. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Please do not send the item back unless we authorize you to do so.
